Speedy salmon with cauliflower mash

A quick kitchen session was necessary this evening.

Everything was on the hob at once and on the table within 25 minutes – not bad!

The salmon marinated all day in some olive oil, rosemary, smoked paprika and a little bit of honey. It tastes sweet, smokey and salty – try it, it’s so good!

I served it on top of some cauliflower mash (mainly cauliflower and a little potato). I mashed it all together with just a little olive oil and mustard. I finished it all off with some greens on the side. Job done!
