The beans are covered with baking paper whilst in the oven – so you don’t end up with dried pellets!

A simple supper… I’ve made these homemade baked beans before. Well, here they are again but this time on jacket potatoes. Comfort food!
I’ll be making a cake or two this weekend. I can cook, but baking is something else entirely. I need more practise and Easter gives me a good reason to. I’m hoping I’ll have something delicious looking to show you. I’ll post it regardless, I said I’d share it all!
